• Smoking is not allowed in the house. You are allowed to smoke in the small back yard.

OCCUPANCY
• Up to 2 adults

METHODS OF PAYMENTS
• Payment of 50% of the total sum as down payment for the ratification of reservation.
• The balance amount due of the total sum should be cleared on the day of your arrival (cash or bank transfer).

CANCELLATION POLICY AND REFUNDS
• Prepayments are refundable if cancelled 30 or more days before the arrival date.

SPECIAL OFFERS
• For accommodation for over five (5) nights there is a discount.
• Up to 10% discount, for reservations concerning the high season, occurring during December, January and February.
