The Studio

“Giota’s Studio” is a recently renovated old Cretan city house belonging to the owner’s family for generations.

“Giota’s Studio” is located in one of the most historical and popular streets in the area of Top-Chanas in the Western site of the old Venetian domain of the city of Chania, just 50 meters away of the Naval Museum. This is a perfect place for those who wishing to explore the old city of Chania .

The house is built on a solid piece of rock that is partly visible within the house giving it a fairytale appearance and unique charm. A portion of the house has been renovated into a studio with unified areas having its own entrance and is available for rent. Designed in clean modern lines with impeccable lighting and aesthetics, it provides with a fully equipped kitchenette with eating counter, bath, one double bed and one junior bed that is suitable for a child. There is ample storage space and a small back yard.

The studio is considered an ideal choice for honeymooners. Studio offers you the perfect base to experience Chania and its magic blend of old and new era. Giota’s hospitality philosophy is to provide you with a truly wonderful living experience in the city of Chania and to see you, our guests, return and become ‘regulars’.
That is why “Giota’s” is only available for a minimum of a three-night stay.

METHODS OF PAYMENTS
• Payment of 30% of the total sum as down payment for the ratification of reservation.
• The refunding of the total sum is on the day of arrival, by cash (apologies, we dont accept cards).

CANCELLATION POLICY AND REFUNDS
• Prepayments are refundable if cancelled 30 or more days before the arrival date.

SPECIAL OFFERS
• For accommodation for over five (5) nights there is a discount.
• There are special prices for a long duration stay.
