Policies
OCCUPANCY
• Up to 2 adults
METHODS OF PAYMENTS
• Payment of 30% of the total sum as down payment for the ratification of reservation.
• The refunding of the total sum is on the day of arrival by cash (apologies, we dont accept cards).
CANCELLATION POLICY AND REFUNDS
• Prepayments are refundable if cancelled 30 or more days before the arrival date.
SPECIAL OFFERS
• Discount for staying over seven (7) nights during July, August, September.
• There are special prices for a long duration stay.
• Up to 10% discount, for reservations concerning the high season, occurring during December – January – February.
